In this price list, a full day is defined as 9:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours) and a half a day as 4 hours or less.

Spill out rooms are available at an additional cost - please enquiry when making your room booking.

• Guests may purchase a set of flipchart marker pens for £5
• OHP (Over Head Projector) - £7.00
• Digital projector and/or laptop £25
• Wireless internet connection - £5.00.
• TV and DVD - £7.00
• PA System with 2 microphones - £100
• Audio recording to CD (mp3) - £100 per day (£25 per day if PA system already hired) + £10 per CD
• Video recording (including technician) - £150 + £50 per hour + £45 for master DVD.
• AV Technician - £40 per hour weekdays except before 8am and after 6pm (£50
  per hour), Weekends £50 per hour, £60 before 8am and after
  6pm.
